Thierry Henry says Arsenal summer target is a ‘complete striker’

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has heaped praise on Julián Álvarez, calling him the “most complete striker” he’s seen recently. The 24-year-old striker has been on the radar of Arsenal this summer.
According to Henry, Álvarez’s versatility and work rate make him an exceptional player. “He can hold the ball alone. He played at the Olympic Games, he played at the Copa America. I don’t hear him saying ‘I’m tired’, he played everything. And the way he plays.. I just like him..”
Álvarez has been instrumental in Athletico Madrid’s success, showcasing his ability to play alone, hold the ball, and score crucial goals, including his last stunning free-kick.

Henry has been impressed by Álvarez’s overall performance, saying, “The most complete striker I’ve seen recently is Julián Álvarez. Putting pressure, playing alone, lone, whatever you want to do.”
