A new meeting has been scheduled between Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta and the representatives of Matheus Cunha

Arsenal have had fresh contact with the representatives of Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Matheus Cunha following debate within the club over making a move for him, according to journalist and transfer insider Ben Jacobs.
Gunners sporting director Andrea Berta has scheduled a new meeting with the camp of the Brazil international to hold talks about a potential deal.
Manchester United are believed to be favourites in the race for Cunha but nothing has been agreed yet as his release clause is not active until the end of the season, giving long-term admirers Arsenal a chance.
Newcastle United are also in the race for the 25-year-old, and he wants to decide on his next club before the season ends.
While Cunha has already agreed to the Man United sporting project, with discussions over personal terms ongoing, Arsenal can still pip them to his services given that he was once keen on a move to the North London club.
The Gunners reached the semi-finals of the Champions League and could finish behind Liverpool in the Premier League table this term after back-to-back second-placed finishes to Manchester City, and Berta will hope he can convince the former Atletico Madrid man to reunite with him.
Cunha has 15 league goals and six assists so far this term, and his ability to play as a number 9, on both wings and behind the striker appeals to Arsenal and other suitors.
