Arteta: Bernabeu is a bigger test than Parc des Princes

Mikel Arteta has claimed visiting the Bernabeu Stadium is a much tougher test than going to the Parc des Princes.
The Gunners are preparing for one of the biggest games in their history as they strive to win the Champions League for the first time.
Speaking ahead of the semi-final clash against Paris Saint-Germain, Arteta addressed the pressure of facing the Ligue 1 champions.
“Going to the Bernabeu is probably the biggest test you can face in Europe because of the history,” Arteta said. “That gives us confidence.”
Arteta also shared an injury update concerning Ben White, Mikel Merino and Riccardo Calafiori.
The trio missed Arsenal’s recent 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace, and their availability has been a significant talking point.
Arsenal receive injury boost for PSG clash

The manager confirmed Riccardo Calafiori will still miss the match due to injury. However, Arteta issued some positive news about the other pair.
“Riccardo Calafiori is still not fit,” Arteta added. “Mikel Merino and Ben White were able to train with us today, let’s see if they can start tomorrow,
Arteta also stressed the need for Arsenal to be brave when facing the French giants.
“You see the way we approached the game against Real Madrid and every game this season,” he said.
“Nothing is going to change from that. We have shown we can adapt this season.”
Arsenal will look to continue their unbeaten record against PSG as they aim to reach the final.
The Gunners have never lost to the French side in competitive matches and will be eager to keep that run going.
